i cannot run simscape although bought it

it is a bug or aint work at student licence

You need to go into the installer and request that it be installed. When you use interactive installation over the internet then it checks your license and allows you to install anything you are licensed for.

i think problem is at my 2017a release. simscape wants 2017b.

If you are using R2017a then you need to use the R2017a installer.

i reinstalled everything but nothing changed. i think my problem is simscape aint at list under my products.

I see that Simscape is an optional product that is not included in the Student Suite bundle so it would have had to have been purchased specifically. If you have already purchased it but it is not showing up in the interactive installer then check to be sure that you are associated with the licence that simscape was purchased against. If you continue to have difficulties then contact Mathworks for free installation support.
