Install Neural Networks toolbox

I using Matlab 2015b version, as my system in windows 32 bit.

I tried to download NN toolbox, but the toolbox manager says it is not available for my system, even if it was listed in the 2015b options when I installed it. I also tried to install Matlab from the beginning adding the NN toolbox check in the installation manager but keeps throwing an error.

Does anybody know how can I fix this problem?
