External mode run but not update data in F28379D

Hi. i have a F28379D running whit simulink C2000, but when i interrupt system or activate a subsystem whit a trigger, the external mode run, but not update the data, and all displays shows 0.0

i only have this problem whit F28379D, bacause i try the same code in a F28335 and work very well in external mode.

i have this configuration: clock configuration

CSI_A configuration:

i only have this problem when use trigger or try use interrupt system.
