How to plot two variables on same graph in matlab with mean and extreme values?

I have to plot two variables in the same plot with mean extreme values. The variables and values are below:

x = [0.8354 1.6835 2.5351]

y = [0.7226 1.4629 2.2032]

I am attaching a reference image along with the question.

Actually boxplot also displays the interquartile range too. I don't want that in plot. I need a plot similar to boxplot.

I know that in the past it has been possible to delete the quartile graphic objects after drawing the box plot, but I have not looked at how boxplot are drawn these days.
