How to pick clip a waveform

Hi all,

I need to clip a specific waveform and zero the rest of the data, to many datasets.

I have attached an example of the waveform I need clipping. I can't just do it based on the time I want as i want to apply it many times and obviously the time that the waveform appears will vary.
