how can we use the trainingloss function to evaluate the performance of a CNN training model?

Hello, i am doing a classification work using CNN network. i have built a network with 10 layers, i have used a dataset of 300 and i got an accuracy of 0.87. i would like to know how i can make use of the trainingloss function and other traininginfo to evaluate the effectiveness of my model.
