I want to know the pixel or intensity value of 12 colors in a resistor , as we know that there are 12 colors in a resistor so these pixel values are constant for a particular color and have a fixed values between 0-1. so is there any method to find the pixel value of different colors.

You could call impixelinfo() and then mouse around over the image to see the RGB values. Or you could use imtool().
