How to retrieve the save data in database to display on this three axes

I want to do a color matching for this garment. I want to match this red top with a yellow skirts. I already save the data in the database. Can I know how to retrieve the data from database so I can make the yellow skirts appear on the axes? I am thinking of using if else but I don’t have any idea on it. Really need your help. Thanks in advance

Where is the garment? What format it is in? where is database? What is database? How it is saved? What is its size? what class it is? Your question created lot of questions...:|

The garment data already saved in the database.. for an example it is red color and is a top..now i want to match with a yellow skirt and i want to get the yellow skirt from the sql(database) Any idea?
