hello i am working on MIAS mammograms dataset. i want to know feature extraction and segmentation techniques using cnn.

The question is how to perform feature extraction on mammograms using cnn. i have used bagoffeatures command for it. I need help in extraction of that particular region of tumour.

There is nothing built in to MATLAB to do that - you'll have to write one yourself. Try to find an algorithm here: http://www.visionbib.com/bibliography/contentsmedical.html#Medical%20Applications,%20CAT,%20MRI,%20Ultrasound,%20Heart%20Models,%20Brain%20Models or in pubMed.com
