need to code basic belief assignment in matlab. calculate the Mahalanobis distances D1, D2, and D3 between the tracks T1, T2, and T3 and the object O1. Note that T0 is a fictive track to represent the non-association of the object O1, and the distance D0 is a predefined constant. The next step is the calculation of the non-normalized BBAs
