Image classification using Deep Neural Networks

Hello all, I am trying to work with Google street house view numbers image dataset for classification using the convolutional network. My problem is I have downloaded the dataset and the images are already divided into training and test folders but I don't know how to load and initialize the train and test images. Can anyone help?
