I want to know which toolboxes I need to install to simulate a wireless system in 60 GHz including base-band part, RF, Phased array antennas with customized patterns, special scenario for the channel model, and the corresponding receiver. Please let me know if this is possible and in Simulink or in m file format. Specially for channel modeling for 60 GHz with 3 GHz bandwidth can I setup a scenario and find a channel model like in Wiener II models?

WINNER II model is available at the following URL
You can start with Communication System Toolbox but based on your description, you may also want to take a look at RF Blockset, Antenna Toolbox, and Phased Array System Toolbox. Specifically, there is a scattering MIMO channel model that is similar to WINNER in Phased Array System Toolbox that works with custom patterns.
