Hi, After obtaining the interest points (key points) from character /word image , I want to represent these key points as underlying graph of a character. or based on exsisting skeleton of character..? Is there any way to do that???

You mean, you got the points in hand and you want to plot them?

Mohammad Bhat commented: No sir, I extracted keypoints based on some specified criteria, such as branch points, end points and nodes along the path between two end points....I just want them to be connected with an edge when they are connected in the skeleton character image (thinned character image)? Is there any way..?

Yes..it can be done.....it depend son how the data is....attach the points as text file here.
