How do I enter a newline in livescript equation?

I'm trying to enter an equation in a livescript. It should look like this:
I started the equation like this:
. But I'm stuck:
And it's easy to create parenthesis, but how do you write the y_2 under the y_1? I don't see any options in the "symbols" and "structures" menus at the top of the window.

Is this for Latex purposes or for computation?

It's for display not computation. I was using "Equation" not "LaTeX Equation", but I guess I could use "LaTeX Equation" too.

You should probably use LaTeX Equation for anything that fancy.

Okay, I don't know how to do it with LaTeX either, but I guess that's a different forum.

You will probably find postings such as https://www.quora.com/How-do-I-write-vectors-and-matrices-in-Latex but be careful: bmatrix and pmatrix are from a package not included with MATLAB

Hi RobNik !
You can choose Power, Fraction and Index from the Structures in Equation menu. Below is a snapshot for your reference.
Hope this helps you !
