Distribution Fitter App results, CDF, PDF, goodness of curve fitness

I am Using the Distribution Fitter App, there are some parameters in the result window including std. err. and estimated covariance of parameter estimates. the following link may be helpful to see the results sample https://www.mathworks.com/help/stats/fit-a-distribution-using-the-distribution-fitting-app.html. How can I choose the best fit distribution by comparing the values of these parameters for each distribution function?
