  • for some reason i get this error message*
Error in roots (line 32)
r = zeros(0,1,class(c));
can anyone help please????

in my MATLAB:
>> format longg
>> p=[1 8 22 24 9];
roots(p)
ans =
-3.00000009061347 + 0i
-2.99999990938653 + 0i
-1 + 6.12790365933349e-09i
-1 - 6.12790365933349e-09i
