Finding average without mean tool from specific column in csv file

I have a csv file called 'data.csv' with three columns and 6922 rows. I imported the data in my code and was asked to find the mean, minimum, and maximum of column 2 and 3 separately. I'm not sure how to go about doing this without the mean, min, and max tools.
