Fill boundary plot and smooth corners in a plot

Hello,

I have a set of data that I have plotted (with scatter) and then applied the "boundary" function. Now I would like to colour the geometry created. I would like to smooth the corners a little bit. Any suggestions? I have no clue about how to porceed.
