Two-way repeated-measures ANOVA

Hello, I'm trying to do a two-way repeated-measures anova.
I've different subjects with a control-task and exercise-task, and for each task, I've 20 trials.
Can someone help me, how to analyse this with matlab. My goal is to see an habituation effect for the exercie-task over the trials.
Is that possible with the matlab statistic toolbox, or do I have to use https://de.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/6874-two-way-repeated-measures-anova
