GUI figure

For the main GUI figure, if i change the position property[a b c d] and keep the value of 'd'(d corresponds to height of the figure) as higher value, then i could see a scroll bar coming up, to view the entire height of the figure. But if i run the gui, i could not able to see the entire height of the figure( since there is no scroll bar attached). Why I could not able to see the entire figure ? anything we can do to get the scroll bar or slider to show the entire height of the figure.
