Create Database

Hi there, I have a question,if i want to create quiz in matlab by using GUI and compares the provided answers with the correct answers (Do i need to create a database). if i want to save the resutls of the person how attemptd the quiz, do i need to creat a login name for him.

It might be really silly question, but your ideas are much appreciated.
