while installing i am recieving the error that application can not connect to mathworks see the support aticle.

while installing i am recieving the error that application can not connect to mathworks see the support aticle. i have a student version and i have given ports 80 an 443 free additionally i have turned all the firewalls security things off. i also dont have any anti virus Programm installed.. please help me if you can.. what can it be who is preventing matlab and Simulink to install on my computer. i am using Asus with window 10 home.

Hello, You can install Matlab without an internet connection also (using ISO image). Try an offline installation and get the license file manually.
