how to plot in red colour on image

hi.. i have coordinate (x y)on image. i want to plot to red color on that image. how to do this. thanks

Maybe you mean
plot(columnX, rowY, 'r+', 'MarkerSize', 30, 'LineWidth', 3);
If not, describe what you mean by "plot to red".

You mean you want to change the pixel at x,y to red?
img(y,x,:) = [255 0 0]
