i want to design a system in which i transmit optical signal then i have convert it in digital signal then transmit it by digital modulation techniques such as ASK,FSK,PSK,QPSK.then again receive optical signal. by using simulink

That is unusual. Normally you start with a digital signal that you transmit optically, receive optically, and then you reconstruct the digital signal.
