My credit card was charged twice when purchasing through the webstore.

Hello, I purchased a student license today via a credit card.
I received a notification form my bank that my card was charged twice when purchasing through the webstore.
Could the repeated one be cancelled? Please guide me how to do that.

Please contact Mathworks Customer Service.
The volunteers who answer questions here do not have access to the license or purchasing information.
