You may find the archived documentation of earlier MATLAB Releases here:
http://www.mathworks.com/help/doc-archives.html
As the latest MATLAB Release is R2017b, the documentation page would point to this release.
Depending on the release you are using for Simscape, for example, you may find the product page for that release in the URL format as follows:
http://www.mathworks.com/help/releases/<Release>/physmod/simscape/index.html
For example, for R2017a version:
http://www.mathworks.com/help/releases/R2017a/physmod/simscape/index.html
