crop object which is traced by boundary command and apply transformation

i am detecting square in my image by tracing boundary but its not perfect square Can any one help me to crop using boundary points(2149x2) and transform its to perfect square(geomatrical transformation) thanks

i didnt find vertex location yet. Can you please tell me how to get 4 vertex location from boundary structure.
