How can I deploy my own model on AR Drone 2.0 using 'SimulinkARDroneTarget'?

I want to deploy my own simulink model into ar drone 2.0 using the github project 'SimulinkARDroneTarget'. There are a lot of things in the file and am a bit confused. I need someone to give me some idea if it is possible to use ones own model and deploy it in the parrot using this file. Thanks for your help!!!
