Is it possible to use analog triggering with a data acquisition session?

8 ビュー (過去 30 日間)
I am using a DAQ device with the session interface in Data Acquisition Toolbox. Is there a way to configure the acquisition to start on an analog trigger event?
For example, when a signal satisfying a specified condition is detected in software (software analog triggering), which I was able to do in the legacy interface with the following code:
ai = analoginput('nidaq', 'Dev1'); ch = addchannel(ai,0:1); ai.TriggerChannel = ch(1); ai.TriggerType = 'Software'; ai.TriggerCondition = 'Rising' ai.TriggerConditionValue = 0.2;
or, with a hardware analog triggering mode supported by certain DAQ device models (such as NI PXIe-6368), which could be configured in the legacy interface with the following code:
ai = analoginput('nidaq','Dev1'); ch = addchannel(ai,0:1); ai.TriggerChannel = ch(1); ai.TriggerType = 'HwAnalogChannel'; ai.TriggerConditionValue = 0.2;

As of MATLAB R201b, the DataAcquisition and session interfaces support hardware digital triggering for a start trigger; however, configuring an acquisition to start on an analog triggering event (software or hardware) is not directly supported.
As a workaround, the following examples show an approach to programmatically implement a triggered data capture based on a trigger condition defined in software:https://www.mathworks.com/help/daq/build-an-analog-trigger-app.htmlhttps://www.mathworks.com/help/daq/software-analog-triggered-data-capture.htmlhttps://www.mathworks.com/help/daq/build-an-analog-trigger-app-with-stateflow.html
The following example shows how to configure the acquisition to start on a hardware digital trigger:https://www.mathworks.com/help/daq/acquire-voltage-data-using-a-digital-trigger.html
