Data acquisition toolbox don't recognize devices

Hey, I'm trying to communicate with PCI-DIO96, PCI-DACC6703, and Advantech PCI-1711 using MATLAB 2017a and Data Acquisition Toolbox version 3.11 (I checked all the cards supported by Data Acquisition Toolbox ).
In the Device manager the computer recognizes all the cards.
But when I type the command "daq.getDevices" appears "No data acquisition devices available".
Somebody know what is the issue?

did you download a driver for your device from its company ? if you have done that then try to update it
