How do I bin a 96x256x256 to 96x128x128?

I have a data set of 96x65536 (256x256). Is there a way that I can bin into 96x128x128, and average the data (96) together? For example, I will average the data of voxel (1,1) (1,2), (2,1) and (2,2)?

Look at griddedInterpolant to downsample with interpolation to the size you want.
