What Auto Code Generation Products are required for SIMULINK

I am currently developing and SIMULINK Model I would like to auto-code and embed on a real time processor. This model has SIMULINK, State Flow, and some Embedded Matlab within the SIMULINK blocks.
What product do I need to generate code?

You will need MATLAB Coder, Simulink Coder, and Embedded Coder.
Really, you just need Embedded Coder but the other 2 are pre-requisites.

It means you also need a license for MATLAB Coder and Simulink Coder to use Embedded Coder, as Embedded Coder uses technology from these tools.
