I have an black image in which a red line is there i want to extract that red line i.e only red channel and want to know each row pixel of that particular red pixel and want to plot histogram

I have an image in which a red line is there i want to extract only red channel in dat image and want to know max row value in each row and want to plot histogram of that red channel only.I want code in matlab..thanking u
