Imagenary results while using solve while requesting only Real solutions

Hi All,

I have a symbolic trigonometric equation. when using solve command, which the output is an angle my command goes as follows a=solve(eqn==0,alfa,'Real',true) which is the solution for the trigonometric equation. the resutls are correct and verified by other design tools. and are REAL numbers.

My problem is that the symbolic solution has both Real and Imaginary parts. how can I format the results so the symbolic answer will have on REAL parts. this symbolic solution is used later on so the real and imaginary part cause me alot of problems.
