Hi Everyone,
I have performed corr on 2 matrices. How can I omit the correlations that are between the same variables? corr(A,B).
A and B are 25 (subjects) x 100 (variables) each.
Thanks.

I am not able to understand your question completely. Hope this helps you https://in.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/358844-spatial-correlation-between-two-variables

i think the output is a square matrix 2*2, if you want to select the correlation value you can have coeff=output(2,1) , is that what you want ?

Use corr2(a,b) to get directly the correlation value.
