I need to simulate the complex level after a monoclonal antibody binds to two targets. I know the two KDs, also I know the ratio of these two targets. I need to simulate a curve, the X axis is the antibody concentration, the Y axis is the final complex of Ab-L1-L2. Can Metlab/Simbiology do it? Do not consider the synthesis and elimination rate of the targets
