How to merge a hundred of HDF5 to have a sequence of daily precipitation of several weather stations

Hi all, I have HDF5 files of Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM). Each day saved as HDF5 file format. In hence, I ended up by a thousand of n5 files for the period (2014-2017). I have array of (nx,ny)=(1440, 400), each intersect of nx with ny is consider a satellite weather station.

I included some of these files to be aware about the file format. I added a .jpg so I can uploaded here, please, remove the ".jpg"
