I have a matrix, A, that looks as follows. My goal is to have a new one, B, that is only made of the rows that do NOT have a zero in the second column.
A = [7.36 0;
7.37 0;
7.38 2;
7.39 0;
7.45 1;
7.81 5;
7.94 6;
7.98 0]
B = [7.38 2;
7.45 1;
7.81 5;
7.94 6]
