What is the best function for stochastic simulation?

Which Matlab function should I use for performing simulation of a stochastic continuous system with random input? lsim.m seems to be a proper function yet the input interpolation using "foh" or "zoh" is an approximation that does not take into account the stochastic nature of the system and the input.
