How do I define n in FFT?

I have a radial distribution function Gr vs r. I would like to do the fourier transform of this function.The n points in k space(fourier space), I would like to specify it from k_min=4*pi/50 to k_max=30 with dk=0.5(say). How do I do it? Thanks.
