How can i sectorize a hexagon ? (sector means dividig the whole area of hexagone into smaller regions randomly)

Hi everyone ! i need an urgent help. i have plotted two overlapping hexagons. i have to divide the whole area (covered by both hexagons) into smaller regions. the shapes and size of regions should be random. but i must know the coordinates of regions. so that i can find points (small triangles in the attached figure) inside each region
