how to create a georeferenced image with individual matric of lat long and image?

Hello, I have 3, 2D matrix of the same size, one of latitude, one longitude and other of an image. I need to export the image as a .img or .tiff file with each pixel representing lat-long and pixel value, and later provide a projection. can anyone please help in processing the data file
