can anybody help me with weka algorithms (J48 and Multilayerperceptron) in matlab?

Hello, I tested two learning algorithms to estimate two discrete variables in a test file one using the J48 algorithm and the other using Multilayerperceptron but the results obtained are different from What I get from weka. Have you any idea please ? Thank you
