In a cwt coefficients plot how can I change the time or b to display time in seconds?

I've used plot to display cwt coefficients, but can't figure out how to display the time from 0 to 1 second instead of in milliseconds. I've used the toolset, coded by hand, watched videos, and searched everywhere, but all the examples I find use the default.

I can do it coding by hand, but then my coefficients taper off.
