How to reduce and fix damping in simmechanics physical model?

Dear sir
I have made a Simulink physical model (Simmechanics model) and lifting/lowering (simulation) is controlled by hydraulic power (SimHydraulic model). when I lift certain mass with the help of hydraulic power with some linkages having spherical and revolute joint, it is shows more damping effects. Kindly suggest possible solutions to reduce or fix this damping effect.
