here i have attached my simscape solar array pv model .in this model how to get different p v and i v curves for different irradiation or temperature

One way is to create a.m script which calls the simulink file u have created. With that, you can call the simulation any number of tiles with multiple irradiation, temperature values, make a matrix out of the results. And then plot it.
