Matlab to C# MVC project

I am asking this question on behalf of a programmer. Using Matlab r2016a and the steps to 'create a .NET application with MATLAB code' indicated at : https://www.mathworks.com/help/compiler_sdk/gs/create-a-cc-application-with-matlab-code-1.html, he is able to get it to work as a 'C# Console Application'. His question is how to create a C# MVC application. Could i get a document which shows the steps to implement this?
