Deploytool not including dependencies from toolboxes

We're using deploytool to build a standalone executable version of our software. Unfortunately, deploytool is not including dependencies from the stats and ident toolboxes. I know this because one of our scripts calls two functions from these toolboxes; if these two lines are commented out, the executable runs fine. I tried many solutions, such as manually including the dependencies and copying the toolbox scripts to the same folder as our software, and none of those worked.

So my question is - why would deploytool not include dependencies from these toolboxes? How can I solve this?

I asked a similar question on here a week ago, but there were no answers. I'm asking it again in a different way in case anyone can help me out.
