how to set the "solver configuration" correct

Hello! I have a problem with simulink. I tryed to make "D flip flop trigger" and it runs correct, but when I submit zero current at the C constants on the scope it goes from 0 to 5 voltaga and backward repeatatly. That regime is not correct. I think there are some settings in the "solver configuration" that i have to make to work true table correct. I will send you the D-trigger to see it. Please help me :)
