How do I enable and disable sets of uicontrols at the same time?

I am creating a list of that a user can edit. It consists of edit boxes, check boxes, and toggle buttons on the same line in the GUI.When the user starts the GUI, I only want the first set of the those boxes to show up, but when they click an add pushbutton, another row of those same set of boxes and buttons are enabled below it. Same scenario for the delete button, I want it to disable the group of info. Thank you for any help.
